Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• Topping
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoon flour
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour 13x9-inch baking pan. Beat together butter, peanut butter and honey in large bowl until well blended. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Ad to butter mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition, Pour into prepared pan. Prepare Topping: crumble over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
