Amish Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 t. vanilla
• 2 t. baking soda
• 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Frosting:

2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 pkg cream cheese-softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

I baked the cake a couple of weeks before the rally and froze it. The day of our "snack" party I defrosed it and then frosted it.
