Ingredients
- 1 c olive oil
- 1/2 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c mango puree
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbs chopped shallots
- 1.5 tbs chopped garlic
- 3/4 tbs Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
2. Emulsify oil into mixture slowly.
