Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Delicious grilled chicken breasts in a balsamic marinade. Serve with potatoes and your favorite veggie for a complete and satisfying meal!

Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 4 chicken breasts, slice in half if very thick
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried fine herbs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients well.
Place chicken and marinade in to a zip top bag and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Cook on medium grill 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
