Ingredients

  • rice paper
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • mint springs
  • basil leaves
  • fresh spinach washed, dried and torn
  • cooked rice noodles
  • julienne cut mango
  • sliced avocado
  • julienne cut cucumber
  • cooked shrimp
  • lettuce leaves washed and dried
  • sliced scallions
  • julienne cut carrots
  • cilantro
  • almond slivers

Step 1

Arrange all those ingredients to the side and pick and choose whatever you want to use.

You don’t have to use all of them, but the list above are things I have tried and liked. Typically, I do use the Alfalfa and noodles and shrimp in all as the base ingredients and then add the other stuff…sometimes mint, sometime mango, etc.

They can be put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours before they start getting yucky….so plan to eat them the same day you make them!
