Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 16oz can chili beans undrained
- 1 15oz can black beans drained
- 1 15oz can corn undrained
- 1 12 oz bottle light beer
- 2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 pack taco seasoning
- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 8oz pkg cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together onion, chili beans, black beans, corn, beer, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce in a slow cooker. Stir in taco seasoning. Add chicken and press down to cover with liquid. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let cool. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with cheese and chips
