Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flake
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 325* degrees
in bowl combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell
bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
let stand for 15 minutes before serving
