- 1 1/2 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 3/4 C CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1 CAN VEGETARIAN VEGETABLE SOUP
- 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 2 CUPS MACARONI OR NOODLES
- 1 C CHEDDAR CHEESE

Step 1
BROWN: MEAT AND SAUTE ONIONS, PEPPER AND CELERY TILL BROWN.
SEASON W/ SALT AND PEPPER OR CAVENDER’S SEASONING
ADD VEG SOUP TO THE MIXTURE—SIMMER WHILE COOKING MACARONI (ABOUT 4 C WATER, TSP SALT & 2 TBS OIL. COOK TILL TENDER BUT NOT MUSHY.
LAYER: MACARONI, MEAT & CHEESE
THEN MARCONI, MEAT, MUSHROOM SOUP, THEN REMAINING CHEESE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES TILL BUBBLY
