My favorite yellow cupcakes

Ingredients

• 3 cups cake flour
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 Tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Add shortening, eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Line 36 muffin tins with paper liners. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
