Ingredients
- ◾12 cauliflower florets
- ◾1/2 C. flour
- ◾2 eggs, beaten
- ◾1/2 C. milk
- ◾1/2 tsp. salt
- ◾1/2 tsp. pepper
- ◾1 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
- ◾Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan simmer the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg and milk. Place the breadcrumbs in large bowl.
Preheat a frying pan with olive oil. Dip the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture, egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Place them one at a time into the hot olive oil. Drain them on a paper towel lined plate.
Serve and enjoy.
