  • 1 18 lb cured ham
  • 2 12 oz cans gingerale (or cola)
  • canned pineapple rings
  • brown sugar
  • maraschino cherries
  • cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Baste the ham with pop. With toothpicks, stick some pineapple rings on the ham. Sprinkle with some brown sugar (on rings). Coaer with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes per pound or until the ham reaches an internal temp of 140 degrees. Baste with pop every 30 minutes.
