Ingredients
- 5 cans black-eyed peas drained
- 2 cups chopped bell pepper (I like to use yellow and orange for color)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno (you can choose the level of heat)
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 oz chopped pimento
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 small bottles Wishbone Italian dressing
- I tend to add a little salt to mine but remember that the chips will add a good bit of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything together in a large bowl and let sit in fridge two days before serving. Serve with Frito scoops.
