Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature (low-fat is OK, too)
  • 1/3 c granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 oz (1 small tub) Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c strawberry pie filling, divided
  • Pretzels, for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.

Stir in about 1/2 c of the pie filling.

Chill until ready to serve. (Can be made one day ahead.)

When ready to serve: Place dip in serving bowl. Top with another 1/4 c or so of pie filling for garnish. Serve with pretzels.
