Chili Porcupine Meatballs
This is a recipe I received from my 4th grade teacher Mrs. Williams, at Prescott Grade School.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 2-8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Shape into 16 to 20 balls.
Brown lightly on all sides in hot butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
