Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Step 1


Mix all ingredients except chicken until well blended. Add half the sauce to chicken in bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

Heat barbecue to medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 16 skewers.
Grill 4 min. on each side or until done. Serve with reserved sauce.
