Thai Satay Skewers

Grilled chicken skewers are good, but we've made them great with a Thai peanut sauce that does double duty as both a marinade and a dip. This Thai Satay Skewer recipe is a must-try.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken until well blended. Add half the sauce to chicken in bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 16 skewers.
Grill 4 min. on each side or until done. Serve with reserved sauce.
