Ingredients

  • In a blender:
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 pint of cottage cheese
  • Pour into a 9x13 glass pan.
  • add the 1 Lbs of Jack cheese.
  • add any of the following you want;
  • Diced green chiles
  • Diced Ham
  • cooked bacon
  • Use all low fat cheeses and egg beaters if you want low cal.

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, and turn oven to 350 for another 30 minutes or until set or until you can cut it with a knife.

Let it rest a few minutes and enjoy/.
