Ingredients
- 1 loaf brioche
- butter
- eggs
- parmesan
- fresh parsley
- fresh thyme
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut hole in 1 slice brioche with a biscuit cutter or round glass
Melt a small amount of butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add slice of brioche and the cutout
Toast on one side until golden brown and then flip
Crack egg into the center of the hole
Let cook until egg white is set and yolk is still runny
Top with parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, and sprinkle of salt and pepper
