CRUMB CAKE

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Butter Cake Mix
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup oil
• 2/3 cup milk
• Grease cookie sheet
• Bake at 350 10 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Tum oven down to 325
• Crumbs
• 5 cups of flour
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 3-4 teaspoons of cinnamon
• 4 sticks of butter
• 3 teaspoons of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together softened butter, vanilla, and almond extract.
Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over flour mixture and toss with rubber spatula until large crumbs form. Sprinkle crumbs over batter and bake 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Dust with confectioner's sugar
