Italian Wedding Soup with Three Cheese Tortellini

Meatballs, cheese filled tortellini and a delectable broth make this soup the easiest and tastiest you will ever serve. Beautiful enough for a wedding or special occassion but easy enough for a busy weeknight.

Ingredients
- 9 oz package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 1 pkg frozen Italian style meatballs
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- juice of one lemon
- pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 C kale, chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 6 C chicken stock
- 1 C celery, chopped
- pinch of sugar
- dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
2.Turn on high for 1 hour and then low for 3 more hours.
3. Stir occassionally
