Ingredients
- Baked pie shell
- 2 pkgs of Dream Whip
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 sm pkgs of instant coconut pudding
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Mix on medium speed for 6 minutes the Dream Whip ,milk,and vanilla or until it peaks
Mix on high speed for 2 minutes the pudding and milk
Add the 1/2 cup extra coconut to the mixture, blend well
Fold the Dream Whip mixture into the coconut mixture
Pour into the baked pie shell
Top with the Cool Whip and sprinkle toasted coconut on top
Chill for 4 hours or overnite
