Thai Spiced Cashews

Ingredients
- 2 C raw cashews
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp kaffir lime leaves, sliced thinly

Step 1
1. Heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add the raw cashews and cook in the oil until they turn golden brown.
3. Pour the cashews onto a cooking sheet so they can cool in a single layer for a minute or two.
4. Sprinkle the Thai-inspired spice mixture on the cashews and stir until they are well coated.
