Fried Napa

Ingredients
- 1 bundle napa cabbage, chunked
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 5 teaspoon red chili paste
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a wok, stir-fry half the napa in oil for 3 minutes.
2. Add 1/2 the ginger and 1/4 tsp of salt; stir-fry 2 minutes more.
3. Add 1/2 the paste and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 1 minute more.
4. Set aside.
5. Repeat with remaining cabbage and ingredients.
6. Combine and enjoy.
