  • 7 oz. box of Spaghetti
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 4 Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese

Topping:
1 Row Ritz Crackers ½ stick Melted Butter

Saute’ celery and onion in butter. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, salt & pepper to taste. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Add Topping, bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Can make ahead and freeze, just don’t put the topping on until thawed and ready to bake.

Topping:
