Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can Chunk Pineapple (save juice)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 – lrg. Cool Whip
  • 2 Cups. Dice unpeeled Apples
  • 1 1/2 Cups Spanish Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple and marshmallows, refrigerate. Heat until thick: Sugar, egg, flour and vinegar and remaining pineapple juice. Refrigerate overnight. Fold together the cool whip, apples, and nuts. Combine all ingredients.
