Ingredients
- 1 large can Chunk Pineapple (save juice)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbs. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 – lrg. Cool Whip
- 2 Cups. Dice unpeeled Apples
- 1 1/2 Cups Spanish Peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pineapple and marshmallows, refrigerate. Heat until thick: Sugar, egg, flour and vinegar and remaining pineapple juice. Refrigerate overnight. Fold together the cool whip, apples, and nuts. Combine all ingredients.
