Decadent Brownies
The most decadent brownie I have ever made. The center should be slightly moist when you insert a toothpick, so make sure you under-baking them.
For even more chocolatey goodness, I add about a cup of bittersweet chocolate, cut in chunks with a chocolate comb or a sharp knife, from a large slab of chocolate.
Trader Joe's brand of chocolate is all belgium chocolate and is always my first choice for my chocolate recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate
- 4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 cup Butter, room temperature
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Step 1
Melt the chocolates on low heat. Cool.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each egg.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt together. Beat the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
Stir in the cooled melted chocolate, vanilla and liqueur.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean, but moist. Don't over bake! Cool in the pan and cut into bars.
