Ingredients

  • 1 # ricotta
  • 1/2 # mascarpone
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • mini chocolate chips or chad dark chocolate
  • crushed pistachios

Preparation

Step 1

Mixer on low, blend ricotta til smooth. Add mascarpone and blend together. You don't want to whip it or the consistency changes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Adjust sweetness to your liking. I generally don't make mine too sweet. Add about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (Nestle) or chopped dark chocolate.
Put in a zip bag, snip corner and squeeze into each end, filling as much as desired. Dip each end in chips and/or pistachios. Dust with powdered sugar and serve within a couple hours as shells get kind of soft after a while.
