Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken Thighs, legs, breasts whatever you prefer
- 2 cups Rice
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cut Green Beans Drained
- 1/4 cup Pimentos
- 1 1/4 Tea Spoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing (zesty)
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
1 baking dish 8 by 12 non greased
cut chicken up as desired
season with salt,pepper,salad dressing,garlic&onion powder set aside.
cook rice with chicken broth till done remove from heat add cream of chicken soup,pimentos & green beans mix lightly
spread into baking pan press lightly to flatten
put seasoned chicken skin side down on top of rice,bake 15 mins. turning chicken cook 15 more mins.until done
