Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Bulb Black Garlic, cloves minced
- 1 Pkg Dry Spaghetti
- 1 1/2 C. Heavy Cream
- 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- 4 Tbsp. Flat Leaf Italian Parsley, chopped
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in lg. pot of boiling, salted water till al dente. Meanwhile, in lg. skilet, heat olive oil & saute garlic for 1 min. Pour in cream & simmer for 2-3 min, stirring constantly. Take off heat & stir in parmesan cheese. Drain pasta, reserving a cupful of the starchy cooking water & toss with the creamy black garlic sauce. Scatter in the parsley & season with salt & pepper to taste.
