Easy Halloween Mummy Dogs - Undead Pigs in Blanket

Super easy, 5 minute recipe for making mummy dogs (pigs in a blanket) this Halloween. Not only do they look great, the kids (and adults) love the taste! Buttery delicious!

  • 1 package hot dogs
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 1 can Pearls sliced black olives

Step 1

Lay out individual biscuits and using rolling pin, roll them flat to about 1/8" thickness.

Using pizza cutter, slice biscuits into thin strips, but keep the biscuit itself together so that the flat strips are still touching.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay hot dog on biscuit at 45 degrees and roll up the biscuit around the hot dog with the strips at an angle.

Use 1 extra strip, cut it in half, and roll around the top of the dog to make the head.
Place 2 black olive slices to make the eyes.

Bake for 20-minutes or until biscuit is golden brown.

Serve immediately, hot dog will be fully cooked.
