Cabanossi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cabanossi sticks

Preparation

Step 1

STEP 1 Cut pastry sheet in half to form 2 rectangles.
STEP 2 Lay a stick of cabonossi on the edge of each rectangle and brush opposite edge with beaten egg.
STEP 3 Roll up pastry to enclose cabonossi. Brush each roll lightly with egg and cut into 2 cm thick slices.
STEP 4 Place slices, cut side up on lightly greased oven trays and bake in preheated oven at 180-200C for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden.
STEP 5 Serve with sauces of choice (tomato, BBQ or chilli sauce).
