Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2/3 cup diced, peeled mango (about 1 small)
  • 2/3 cup strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange banana slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze until firm. (1 hour)

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
