Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Place in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

For the topping, in a small bowl mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN ORIGINAL cereal and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour. Slowly add milk until mixture is smooth. Stir over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

Turn heat to low. Add Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Bleu cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Mix well, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN COMPLETE WHEAT FLAKES cereal.

Pour cheese mixture over prepared pasta and mix well. Place in large 3-quart baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle topping evenly over mac and cheese.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and topping is slightly browned.
