Fajitas (w/your choice of meat)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. steak (flank, skirt, or london broil work best)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fajita Marinade of your choice
- Guacamole (recipe of your choice)
- Pico De Gallo (recipe of your choice)
- Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 bell pepper (green)
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 1 bell pepper (yellow)
- 1 onion (sliced with the grain)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)

Preparation
Step 1
Slice meat into 1/2" strips.
Mix marinade and dump into ziploc bag. Add meat. Marinate 4-8 hours.
Meanwhile make your guacamole, pico de gallo, and shred your lettuce.
Thinly slice your peppers and onions.
Heat grill or pan to medium heat. Add oil. Cook meat to desired doneness. Add peppers and onion along with some of the marinade. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Warm tortillas on grill or in oven. Serve warm.
