Ingredients

  • 1 lb package hot sausage
  • 1 small jar cheese whiz ( approximately 8 oz )
  • 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies ( 10 oz )
  • well drained ( hot or Mild )
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 biscuit recipe = as follows

Preparation

Step 1

Biscuit recipe
3 cups all purpose flower ( sifted )
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons Unsalted butter ( cold )
1/4 teaspoons salt

In a large bowl sift flour - baking powder - and salt,
cut in 6 tablespoons butter ( preferably frozen ) using a
pastry cutter until it resembles crumbs
( do quickly so butter does not melt )

add all ingredients, sausage, cheese, Rotel,cayenne pepper,
and milk. stir only till mixed good.
butter or spray hands well and shape mixture into 1 inch balls
and place on a ungreased cookie sheets leaving space to get larger
( like cookies ) Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees f for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown

Dip them in Honey or syrup they are great
