Ingredients

  • 1 package brownie mix (for 9x13 pan)
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups cream peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix brownies according to the package
directions and bake in the prepared dish for 20-25 minutes, or as directed on brownie
directions. Remove from oven and top with the peanuts, peanut butter cups and
marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 5 minutes, or
until the marshmallows puff and brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the peanut butter. Microwave on high
for 1 minute and stir until creamy. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated.
Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over top of the brownies. Refrigerate for a
minimum of 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving
