Duo Chicken and Pastrami Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

- 4-5 slices pastrami,toasted in oven at 475 for 10 min, cool and cut into slices
- 1/2 lb chicken breast made with an italian marinade
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 3 cups spinach leaves
- 1 medium red onion,sliced into 1/2 moons
- 1/2 cup honey glazed almonds coarsely chopped
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2-3 T onion,chopped
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
