Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Frozen or Raw)
- 1/2 cup Walden Farms Calorie Free BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 TBSP Colgin Liquid Smoke
- 2 TBSP Paprika
- 1 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Cayenne
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
Preparation
Step 1
Directions: Add all ingredients to a crock-pot. Set to low and allow chicken to cook for 6-8 hours (6 hours will be sufficient if you started with raw chicken, 8 hours for frozen). Chicken should naturally “shred” itself with little handing. Makes 12 Servings.
