Ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider
- 6 whole star anise
- 3 cups cranberry juice
- 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- 5 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a pan, and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and leave on the heat, uncovered, for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm in mugs.
