Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) parmesan cheese
- 7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked, and drained
- 1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 TBS chopped pimento

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
2. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
4. Add spaghetti, chicken, mushrooms, and pimento.
5. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
8. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
