Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 head of Cabbage, chopped
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 1 pkg. Ramen Oriental Noodles (Chicken Flavor) NOT cooked
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 1/2 Cup. Silvered Almonds
- 3 T. Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 T. Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. Ramen Spices from noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Chop cabbage and green onion tops, place into big bowl. Break up and crumble ramen noodle with your fingers into salad. In a little skillet, toast sesame seeds and almonds until golden. Once done let cool a little then place on top of salad. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over salad. Toss and eat!
