Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all meats, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Roll up your sleeves, take of your rings and start mixing with your hands until throughly mixed. Shape into large ovals/footballs about 3/4ths the size of your hand, roughly about 1/2 cup each. Place them into a baking dish, and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. In a small saucepan combine all the sauce ingredients and heat on low. About 3/4ths into the baking time, take out, spoon out grease and ladle a small amount of sauce onto each ham ball. Put back in for remaining time. When done, take out of oven and spoon sauce overtop one more time. Keep remaining sauce in a separate gravy dish on the table or in the saucepan with a spoon, for people to add more as they like.
Option: If you have a Fareway by you, you can use 3 lbs. of their Ham Loaf mixture instead of the 3 meats, if you find that easier.
