Coleslaw, Veggie Slaw

This came to me from Ina Renwick- she is into healthily eating. This has 40 Calories and no fat.

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 4 Cups Shredded Cabbage, Shredded
- 4 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 Cups Shredded Jicama, Shredded
- 1 Each Yellow Bell Peppers, Chopped Thin
- 1/4 Cups Fat Free Yogurt
- 1/4 Cups Fat Free Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Grated Zest Of 1 Lemon Or Line, Grated Fine
- Salt And Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Shred all the veggies and mix in a large bowl - in a small bowl mix the dressing together
then add slowly to the veggies, until it is the mix you want.
