Ingredients
- 2 cups Basil, rinsed and dried
- 1/3 cup Cashews, Hazelnuts or Pine nuts or nuts of choice
- 3-6 Cloves Garlic, to taste
- 3/4 to 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 t Salt
- pinch of Pepper
- pinch of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in blender on pulse speed to desired texture.
Keeps for 1 week in refrigerator.
Pour into containers to freeze for portioned sizes.
