Ingredients
- 4 oz. 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup 1% Milk
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 T. light butter, cut into pieces
- 1-1/2 T. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 ears fresh corn, shucked and cut off off the cob (make sure to scrape the pulp off as well)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. At about 3 hours it will completely come together, but allow to cook for the full 4 hours for the best results.
