Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Put sugar and sour cream in large saucepan over medium/low heat. Bring to a good rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil a good 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and then stir in pecans. Stir well and pour onto a piece of waxed paper. Let cool. Store in refrigerator.
