  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
  • 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tablespoon melted paraffin

Step 1

Mix marshmallow cream and coconut well. Shape into balls the size of a nut. Set aside. Combine chocolate morsels and paraffin in top of double boiler; place over hot water stirring until chocolate is melted. Place a few coconut balls in chocolate mixture; roll with spoon to coat evenly. Remove from mixture with spoons and place on wax paper to cool. Continue process until all coconut balls are covered. Refrigerate candy to prevent stickiness.
