COCOA SYRUP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt. Add enough hot water to make a paste; then remaining water. Boil 3 minutes and remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour at once into jar. When cool place in refrigerator.
