Cream cheese crepes

These are thin and cook well in a ceramic pan. Topped with sugar-free syrup they are a great way to start the day. The ideas are endless with this. Leave out the cinnamon and fill with beef and shredded cheese and you have a burrito. Fill with cheesy vegetables and its an omelet roll up. Try tuna, chicken or egg salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet stevia (or any) sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • (Delicious fruit is not allowed in the induction phase /kicks strawberry)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve with sugar free syrup.

Remember keep on it until you start losing the weight. It doesn't always happen as fast as others but it is worth sticking in there. It didn't hit me until 5 weeks later and then the pounds just kept melting off. I was one of a handful of people that hit that phase at week 5. They were in their 40's too.
