MILK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Add the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut. Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in a 350deg F oven for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
