Mexican Dip Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Chorizo Sausage
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 can Green Chilies
  • 2-3 cups Cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup Taco Sauce
  • Green Onions
  • Olives
  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado
  • Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Saute ground beef, chorizo and onion. Drain off fat.

Add beans, green chilies, grated cheese and taco sauce.

Put in casserole dish and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

Just before serving, garnish with green onions, olives, sour cream and avocados.

Scoop mixture with tortilla chips
